Delivery estimates are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

StellerGear is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, natural disasters, strikes, governmental restrictions, incorrect addresses, security checks, or other unforeseen events.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and, where applicable, complying with local import requirements.

12. Payments

Payments are processed through available payment methods and applicable payment-service providers displayed at checkout.

StellerGear does not knowingly retain complete payment-card information when such information is processed directly by third-party payment providers.
